Has some experience with this --->
not at Baylor....but do know about the unbelievable record requests that they are getting and, if what is publicly available is even close to true (and I think it is)...they have a TON of things to hide. The oversight of sexual assault on college campuses is immense. So many are trying to handle these cases with transparency and integrity...and are still getting these unbelievable data and oversight requests..
Then there's Baylor which clearly seems to have already acknowledged that they screwed up in a major way. If the real, detailed records ever went public, Baylor would be in a class all of their own I believe. I don't think you will ever see them submit the data that the Big XII is requesting, certainly not in a way that a FOIR can touch.
As we know from other board discussions here, Baylor is allegedly one of the worst violators in the NCAA. That culture then leads easily to what we see here on sexual assault. If the Big XII is going to get anything from them, it will be far away from the public eye.
I know the crap I'm dealing with for something that was actually done right. Baylor deserves to be fined, suspended, whatever, for the crap they pulled. Doubt it will happen though.
